James Redman
Board Member
James Redman brings to NEA his experience as an elementary school teacher, administrator and community organizer. James has taught grades 1st – 5th, and he served as Principal at Prince Street Elementary School, St. Michaels Elementary School, and both Easton Elementary Schools (Dobson and Moton). James is currently a Curriculum Supervisor at the Talbot County Education Center. He was one of the founding Board members for both nonprofits: BAAM, Inc. and the Chesapeake Multi-Cultural Resource Center, Inc. James also is a member of the Executive Committee for the Mid-Shore Regional Economic Development Council. Additionally, he finds time to be involved with his wife and children through traveling, 4-H, Girl Scouts, and Boy Scouts. James is a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc. He believes that all children should have an opportunity to participate in enriching learning experiences that honor who they are as people.
